Neofect™ DNA transfec on reagent 非脂質(zhì)陽離子聚合物為主的轉(zhuǎn)染試劑,是新一代非病毒轉(zhuǎn)染試劑。

可以與 DNA 形成穩(wěn)定的復(fù)合物,透過細(xì)胞膜進(jìn)入細(xì)胞內(nèi),并保護 DNA 免受核酸酶的降解。該試劑對細(xì)胞毒性
很小,可在含血清與抗生素的完全培養(yǎng)基中充分發(fā)揮作用。
